ARENA HELP DESK

Getting Help While You Play Aduq

Questions during a live round move fast. We keep three direct help paths open so you are never stuck waiting while the next hand is already dealt. Each path below is specific to Aduq Live Arena issues — disconnection mid-round, hand dispute, or chip balance questions.

Live Chat in Lobby Open the chat icon directly from the Aduq Live Arena table screen. A support agent picks up the thread and can see your current round ID without you needing to describe it.
Account Wallet Check If a round ends but chips do not update, go to account wallet history first. The transaction log shows settled round results and flags any pending credit for the support team to resolve.
Email Round Dispute For formal hand disputes, email support with your account ID and the round timestamp. The team pulls the studio log and responds with the verified outcome — no guesswork involved.
HOW WE RUN IT

Fair Play Standards in Aduq Live Arena

We run Aduq Live Arena on studio streams that record every dealt hand. That record is the source of truth for any result dispute. Our provider agreements require independent card-handling protocols so no outcome can be altered after the deal. Here is what we put in place across the arena.

Studio-Recorded Deals Every Aduq hand is captured on studio video feed. If a dispute is raised, the round footage is pulled and the card values are verified against your account bet log directly.
Provider Protocol Checks Pragmatic Play and our other studio partners follow documented card-handling rules. Shuffle procedures are set before each shoe and cannot be modified mid-session by any party.
Account-Level Audit Trail Your account stores every Aduq round ID, wager size and result. You can export this data from the history tab — useful if you want to review your own session patterns over time.
RTP Transparency Where Available RTP figures for Aduq Live Arena tables are shown only where the studio or provider publishes them. We do not display invented percentages — if the data is not certified, we leave the field blank.

Inside the Aduq Live Arena Lobby

Aduq is a domino-style card game where two cards per hand are combined and their pip values compared. Our Aduq Live Arena streams from dedicated studio tables, with dealers who call the round, flip the cards, and settle results in real time. You see the full table surface on screen — no ambiguity, no delay. Studios from Pragmatic Play and local-facing providers

supply the stream infrastructure, so picture quality holds even on a mid-range Android. Every round result is logged in your account history the moment it settles, and you can check your session detail any time from the account wallet page.

Aduq Live Arena Terms Explained

New to Aduq or just want to confirm what a term means at the table? These are the words that come up most often in live rounds and account screens — plain definitions, no jargon.

What does 'pip value' mean in Aduq?

Pip value is the total number of dots on a domino card. In Aduq, only the last digit of the combined pip count matters — so nine pips reads as nine, and ten pips reads as zero.

What is a 'pure big' or 'pure small' hand in Aduq?

A pure big hand has six cards all ranking above six. A pure small hand has six cards all ranking below four. Both are special winning combinations that beat standard pip-value hands at the Aduq table.

What does 'banker' mean in Aduq Live Arena?

The banker is the designated player or house position that all other hands compete against each round. Winning means your pip total beats the banker's; a tie usually returns the wager depending on table rules.

What is RTP in a live card game context?

RTP (Return to Player) is the theoretical percentage a game pays back over a very large number of rounds. For Aduq Live Arena, the figure is shown only if the provider publishes a certified value.

What does 'round void' mean on my account?

A round void means a technical issue — stream drop, deal error — caused the hand to be cancelled. Your wager for that round is returned to your account wallet automatically without needing to contact support.

What is a 'six-gods' hand in Aduq?

Six-gods is a premium hand where all six cards share the same rank. It outranks pure big, pure small and standard pip hands, and pays at a higher multiplier as defined by each table's paytable.
